Turkey actually turned out great. Lance was a little uncertain about it as it went in the oven, but was happy when it came out. I will be honest, I made Candied Yams and they did not turn out the way I wanted them to. They where not thick enough at all. Still good everyone said but, I was not impressed. I will keep that recipe and play with it a bit until it works out and then I'll pass it along to you guys.
Next, potatoes!
Mashed Tatoes
-peel desired amount of potatoes
-boil until soft
-mash with a potato masher
-add butter
-add milk
-add salt n' pepper
-throw in some Cilantro
-couple squeezes of Italian dressing

Very good potatoes with lots of flavor.A bit of salad dressing added to mashed potatoes always gives lots of favor and take two seconds too add at the end to any meal for any occasion. I also made Turnips. Now Lance said that I couldn't play with the turnips at all, he wanted your standard play Jane Turnips. Boil, mash, salt and pepper thats it(a little boring if you ask me).
Salads! We had a plain ol' garden salad and a cucumber n' onion salad.
Cucumber N' Onion Salad
-peel cucumber and slice
-peel onion
-cut onion in half
-then slice
-mix in ranch dressing

Quick, simple and delicious. My stuffing or dressing however you like to call it was made in the moment. I'd love to tell you all how I did it but, I honestly don't recall everything I put in there.
