At Home Sick

Whenever someone in my house gets sick I always make some homemade Chicken/Turkey Noodle Soup. It always warms us up and makes as feel a little better.

You will need:
-Salt
-pepper
-Desired kind of noodles
-Chicken or Turkey
-Carrots
-Corn
-Celery
-3 tbsp powdered chicken base(I use OXO brand)

Optional
-2 tbsp Cajun spice
-Peas
-Onions

~Fill a medium soup pot with water, sprinkle some salt in the water, then boil.
~Add chicken, boil water with chicken/turkey for 10-15 minutes.
~Add 2 tbsp chicken base, and your veggies, boil about 10 minutes.
~Then add your desired amount of noodles into your soup (I usually use a handful of Capelli noodles broken in three).
~Let boil until noodles are soft.
~Add in the last tbsp of chicken base, salt, pepper to taste.
Optional(~ Add in 2 tbsp Cajun spice, gives the soup a more "hot" kind of taste)
~Let boil last 10 minutes.
~Eat!
